„The property was exactly as it was listed. We booked it for a bachelorette party and it truly exceeded all expectations of cleanliness and comfort. It was located in a safe part of town and had everything we needed and then some! Grocery stores/coffee shops were within walking distance and downtown was only about a 10 minute drive. Communication with the property owner throughout the time was impeccable. Overall, cannot recommend this property enough! Will definitely stay here again next time ...

It was hot the week we were there so we were very appreciative of the air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable. „The condo was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The decor was tasteful and the kitchen and bath finishes were higher end. A perfect spot for my longer (2 week) stay. My favorite part was the location, including the close proximity to Zilker Park and restaurants on Barton Springs Road. I walked a lot! The host was responsive and helpful and there were two dedicated parking spaces right by the unit. Overall, a great stay!“

„Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house was very clean, and was as bright and light as the pictures depict. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and included a Nespresso coffee maker and pods, as well as coffee beans and grinder, and a French press coffee pot. We had 6 adults and two children here, and never felt crowded. I love the neighborhood, and it was quiet both night and daytime. “
