" Fantastischer Aufenthalt – besonders wegen der Lage und des tollen Personals! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Novotel Suites Dubai Mall of the Emirates rundum genossen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die top Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Mall of the Emirates entfernt – perfekt zum Shoppen und für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Empfang über das Housekeeping bis hin zum Service im Restaurant. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt, und jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das Frühstück und Essen im Hotel waren ebenfalls hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm – eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung nach einem heißen Tag in der Stadt. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! "

"We liked the stay at the Hilton Garden Inn very much and will return next time. It’s conveniently located in the „middle of Dubai“ right next to the Mall and everything can be reached in a short time (e.g. Downtown to one side and Dubai Marina to the other side). The shuttle to Kite beach twice a day is also great! We would recommend taking a taxi to the hotel when arriving as due to ongoing constructions nearby the path to the hotel is currently quite cumbersome with heavy luggage. Otherwise, I would recommend to take the metro station insurance market instead of Mall of Emirates during the construction period."

"The hotel is old and it seems that the Management is not interested to fix the issues for example. The room had mold in the bathroom. The Informationens about the hotel at the Webside of expedia are not right. They have a shuttle but only to the mall not the other destinations like jbr beach. It was 1 main reason to book this hotel. The pool had also different opeding times that dont match with the Webside. The staff was very kind and friendly and always helpful anytime "
