Ort! Ort! Ort! Fuß aus der Tür, über der Straße und auf die # 1 geordneten Strände Amerikas! Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ohne Stufen, mit einem tropischen geschlossene Veranda. Es verfügt über 3 Fernseher, Tommy Bahama Möbeln, ein Grill und Highspeed-Internet für diejenigen, die Web-Surfen zu Welle-Surfen bevorzugen. Der Komplex verfügt über einen schönen beheizten Pool und ist zu Fuß zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit Betten versehen. Celebration of life service

So disappointed- when we arrived a window of the laundry room boarded up , we entered and started unpacking and blind slats missing so outside could see in at night - but the thing that makes this so poor is the bed- said it was a king bed - it’s actually 3 twins in one. Left side , middle hump, right side - the right side was dug in from wear so badly that if you tried to roll over you couldn’t because middle part of mattress higher - same with left side but not as bad- this mattress did not get into that bad shape overnight - it has been neglected - I slept horrible - final blow was listing said beach across the street but that is a private way - had to walk 15 min to public walkway or drive 13 min to public beach - very deceiving - I was there to pay respect and remember my dad who passed away in Jan - we wanted to celebrate his life - hard to do when exhausted -

Condo overall was not too bad. Very outdated. Bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Had mold in showers and shower liner was not replaced in what looked like a long time. The location was good. Pool area was nice. I would go back but I would recommend cleaning services would be better

Girl’s weekend in Siesta Key

Location was great, easy walk across the street to the beach, great bars and restaurants nearby. Crescent Club is our favorite! Walk to different boat tours, trolley stop. We used the free rides that come right to you and bring you to the Village. We loved the Beach Club and Blaisé Martini Bar. The unit was ok. It was clean but definitely needed to be uncluttered. Every closet we opened was full of random towels, sheets, blankets,hangers, chairs, umbrellas, random cleaning supplies. Nothing matched and there was 3 of everything. I think the provided supplies could be edited so it won’t feel so cluttered. The parking was easy and the pool was deep and heated, we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. All in all, good stay, exactly what we needed for a beach weekend. I would stay here again!

Good location, nice condo

We had a nice stay at this condo which is well located across from Crescent Beach. The space was comfortable and offered a nice pool and beach gear including chairs, umbrellas and towels. Some more basic amenities would be great—bathroom soap, paper towels. Also, just be aware that some full-time residence do not embrace transient visitors.

Nice location

A quick 10 minute stroll to the the water and quiet location makes this spot worth considering. Screened in table with umbrella is a nice place for coffee in the morning. We never had time to try the pool. Lots of utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.

Awful stay

Property was very dirty. Multiple alive Cockroaches on 2 separate days in guest bathroom, main bathroom, and in pullout coach in living room. Contacted property manager to get this resolved and said she wasn’t able to get this done for 2 days. I insisted this be resolved asap due to having small children. She came next day and sprayed and left the dead cockroaches in the guest bathroom, main bathroom and under pull out couch in the living room. I then told her I wanted to speak to the property owner after the second findings of the roaches. Only way to do this was through email. Sent the owner an email and he stated they are palmetto bugs and is a normal thing in SW FL. I have been coming to siesta key for 13 years and have never had this issue. I spoke to several neighbors and they did not have this issue we were having… Make sure you bring own blankets and pillows. Beach chairs Broken, outdoor umbrella broken. Took all previous reviews with a grain of salt…. Then stayed and All previous reviews regarding stays are true. Would not stay here again. Only positive is it is a very quiet area and location to the beach was convenient

We stayed during the spring break season and had a nice time. Cozy condo overall, however we had a few critters during our stay. Nice heated pool, and condo was close to the beach! The condo had everything we needed, enjoyed the screened Lanai also.

Wonderful Stay

This was the cutest little place, perfect for a long girls weekend with some of my best friends. Walking distance to the beach and to several dining locations. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler for us to use. Frank the property owner was super helpful! Definitely recommend and will probably use for future visits to siesta key.

The "Bare Necessities"

We were very excited to be in Siesta Key. This was our sixth year in a row being down there. We were also excited about the place we were staying. We stayed in the same complex, closer to the back, last trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. This property was much less enjoyable. The one good thing about this place was that communication with the property manager was great. We asked for an early check in and it was granted without any fuss or discussion! BUT, When I say the bare necessities, I mean it! There was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, nothing else in the unit. We had to go buy our own. There was ONE umbrella for the beach provided and it wasn't very good. We had to go buy two umbrellas for our time there. We also left them for the next guest. YOU'RE WELCOME! :) There were a few critters in the unit as well. The king bed wasnt very comfortable. Im not sure what it was but I woke up with several bite bumps on my arms and legs. On top of that, there was not a comforter for the pull out bed in the living room. No other quilts, comforters, blankets to be found. The person sleeping out there had a sheet to cover up with and THAT IS ALL! One other inconvenience was that the access to the public part of the beach was a pretty good walk from this unit. Without a cart or anything, having to carry all your stuff down and back to the beach is a major hassle. Overall, I will not be staying in this property again. It only gives the BARE NECESSITIES!

Siesta ublic beach was very dirty. They did not like you using any hotel beach area. People guarding entrances. Town was very small and unwelcoming. It was hard to find a smile. Thank goodness we had a car to go to Bradenton beach. It was a 100 times cleaner and it was a friendly town.

Location is everything. We were literally next to the best bars and across the street from one of the only accesses to Crescent Beach. Free trolley rides were so convenient. The key was waiting as promised - just walked in with no problems. We really liked the pool - very close to our condo- very clean and the water was warm! Would definitely stay here again. There is no better beach than Siesta Key Beach - don't bother going elsewhere.

It could of been a little cleaner we had dead cockroaches and worms in the living room area and bedrooms. Toilets wouldn’t fill always had to take lid off and hold the change to fill so please get that fixed.. other than those it was a nice place.

The beach access that was walking distance to the condo led to a section of beach for resort guests. Small beach as well, but nice for early morning walks. Just a short drive to other beach access' was great!

One block to beach!

All went really well. beach umbrella was not there as planned so property manager told us to buy one and she reimbursed us! Great heated pool. No view and bland looking development but worth it to pay less than beachfront buildings yet be so close. Public beach section was tiny and sometimes crowded but we took free trolley to other wonderful beaches nearby. Turtle beach was our happy place. Kitchen had everything imaginable. We didn’t rent a car and we took trolley and ubers fir much less money. Ordered Whole Foods delivery for our arrival so didn’t need to shop!
