Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping! “

„Needed a northport place for a high school graduation. This home fit the bill nicely. Convenient to interstate, publix nearby. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and linens. Neighborhood appears quiet and safe. “

„Good location, quiet. Short walk to Warm Mineral Springs. Easy access to US41. Large, comfortable bed in small combined bedroom/kitchenette/living area. Separate adequate bathroom with nice shower. Large, walk-in closet with shelving for storage. Minimal kitchen, no DW, but with large fridge. Had to bring own coffee maker. Very nice laundry room is shared with another tenant, wasn't a problem. Abundant parking is on the lot.“

„The Ringling Retreat was a great stay. Mary thought of all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We appreciated all of the decor and the framed instructions and pointers around the place to help you navigate. The place is not big, but is perfect for a couples get away. If you are an Orioles fan in for Spring Training (we were), the stadium is a casual walk or short drive from the place. The Retreat is clean, the bed is soft, and the sleep is quiet. „This home is located in a very quiet and walking area of Laurel Park. Easy walking access to downtown Sarasota restaurants and shops. The interior layout is perfect for a couple (does have a roll away bed for a third person/child, but might be a bit tight and would have to place the bed in the living area. "This was our second stay at the Inn at the Beach! As It has become our favourite hotel in the area, we will surely be back. Our room was perfect and clean! Everything that was neede was there! It’s practically just a few steps from the beach. Ideal, especially for those like us who are from abroad, you can borrow beach equipment, such as, sun umbrellas or chairs from the hotel! "

"Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Für den Strand stehen kostenfrei Stühle, eine Kühltasche und ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Weiterhin kann man sich kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen. Leider waren die Tikibar und der Pool geschlossen, was nicht bei der Buchung angekündigt wurde. Das Personal kam und aber entgegen und hat einen Preisnachlass gewährt. "
