The living room includes a queen sleeper/sofa and 2 leather swivel/rocker recliners, perfect for catching some afternoon ZZZZ's! The living room also includes a 40" flat screen TV with enhanced sound bar, HD service and Blu-ray!! Remember to check out the vintage photographs of Siesta Key!! There are also cordless phones, an answering machine, hair dryers, vanity mirror, emergency medical kit, a safe for your valuables, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer! Tucked away on the enlarged patio are assorted sand toys, floats, coolers and beach chairs with a large wagon for toting "stuff" to the beach!! If you prefer, you can enjoy one of the three sparkling pools on the Jamaica Royale property!! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
