2 Bedroom Vacation Rental at Vista Hermosa

Welcome to Vista Hermosa, a beautiful condominium complex located on the South end of Siesta Key Florida. This community has all the amenities you could ask for, including close proximity to the south end district, public beach access points, community pool, grill areas, and more! If you are looking for a family friendly, peaceful environment for you and your guests, look no further than right here.

We are listing a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo at Vista Hermosa. This unit is on the second floor of Building B, equipped with modern kitchen appliances, modern decor, spacious, and fitting for a party up to 6 people. You will find everything that you need to make your stay comfortable in this unit, including all the kitchen essentials for those dinners indoors. There is a private balcony connected to the unit that is completely screened in, giving you space to enjoy the outdoor environment without dealing with pesky mosquitoes! The home features a King sized bed in the master bedroom, and a two queen sized beds in the spare guest bedroom for you and your guests to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has a connected bathroom featuring a walk in shower as well. There is an additional guest bathroom for the second bedroom to utilize, making sure each room has their own space to get ready each day.

All of our units include complimentary beach gear for use during your visit! You will find beach chairs, beach cooler, and some assorted beach toys for you and your family to enjoy. You are assigned a covered parking space for your vehicle to keep it out of the Florida sun, as well as numerous uncovered guest spots for additional vehicles if needed. The community pool is heated, elevator access is provided to get up to your floor, and complimentary beach gear stored at the property for you to use!

This home is a 14 day minimum rental from Jan 1 - April 15th, and will allow for 7 day rentals during off season.

Best location for us

Everything was as great as the pictures show. The bathrooms are a bit small but adequate. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. The elevator was wonderful for my husband who has difficulty doing steps at times. The pool was kept at a nice warm temp. Is just a few blocks from the beach. Had several places where you could hose off the beach sand outside. Beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon and toys too. Just a short walk to restaurants and shops if you needed something. We loved this place!

Very satisfied

We enjoyed our stay at this unit and the complex that is in. The check-in was online and very simple. Upon arrival the unit was clean and toilets had some plastic covers to indicate that it was cleaned and sanitized. There was ample space for us, a family of 6. I liked that this unit was very bright and had an open concept layout. The dining table sits 4 so our kids took over it while my husband and I had the bar stools, which we liked a lot. There was also a heated pool in the complex that our kids enjoyed using a couple of times. The complex where it is located is very convenient and to our liking as it was in a quieter area while still being only walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. There is the free trolly as well that takes you to Siesta Key beach and Turtle beach. My only suggestions for the unit owner is to provide more cookware (pots and pans), serving dishes, and to provide extra towels as there were only 8 when we arrived and we stayed for 9 days and we are a family of 6. Also the second bed in the second bedroom is uneven, which our kids didn’t mind but an adult would probably mind. I would highly recommend this place. The property manager was also very attentive and responded to our requests. Thank you.
