The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, a breakfast bar and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12-cup standard coffee maker but does not have a Keurig.

The living room is well-appointed with a 48'' TV for your entertainment and has a queen size sleeper sofa.

The lanai is incorporated with the living room and you can walk right out to the cool, powdery sand and watch the sun set in the evenings.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room area. There is an assigned parking spot located by the front of the building.

This condo has tile throughout and tile in the bedrooms as well.
