The house itself is very nice and the location is beautiful. For our group, the common areas were very nice gatherings places. However, this house could use a deep cleaning and a handyman to go through and fix small things. For examples, shower drain was stopped with hair and rounded shower rod was loose or bent so curtain won’t stay closed on either end. As far as cleanliness, pots and pans in cabinets were dirty and greasy, and the kitchen floor was dirty. For a large group, the kitchen is not stocked good enough lacking large frying pans and drink pitcher. Also, there were not enough towels and washcloths for 16 people. The jacuzzi on front porch had dirt in it. We did not look into the one in the pool house. Also, some lightbulbs need to be replaced. Overall we had a nice stay, only bringing these things up so owners and property management can be aware.

Misleading - Dirty

This home must not have been rented in awhile. Dust throughout the home. We had to purchase cleaner to clean the home. Spider webbs in the shower. Theater is outdoors in a separate garage. The pool is located outside in a separate garage. The garage door doesn't open which makes the heat unbearable. Maintenance said the spring on the garage door is broken. Also stains on the ceiling of the home. Wouldn't recommend this home.

Great location

Lovely house in a secluded location but only a 15 minute drive to attractions. However, there were issues. First, the property management company provided us with an incorrect code for the doors. Getting into the house took WAY longer than it should have. The overall cleanliness of the house was very poor. The shower drain in the master suite bathroom had a massive amount of long black hair stuck to it. Other areas of the house were not well cleaned. The vents in the ceilings were disgusting with a buildup of dirt on the vents and surrounding ceiling areas. The beds were comfortable but the fitted sheets did not fit properly. The king size mattress were made with queen size sheets which popped off the corners as soon as the bed was laid upon. The kitchen was well stocked. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was wonky. For a house this size which accommodates so many people, there should be TWO refrigerators and TWO dishwashers. The living room furniture is beyond its life. Both couches were broken down and very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay but will not return to this property. I do not recommend this property.

Spacious stay perfect for big families!

We loved this home! Lots of parking, great living room, hot tub and swim spa all made for a great weekend. The home has great rooms and a huge kitchen! The only requests or changes we would make is that the sheets fit the beds and the couches in the living room were not the most comfortable. The comment I would make is that although the internet is easy to connect to, it doesn’t require a password so it made it impossible to connect our owlet baby monitor. When I called cabins for you I asked if I could access the cabins for you ADMIN network but cabins for you never heard back from the property owners. So I had to go out and buy a WiFi free baby monitor while we were in Tennessee for about $70+.

Plenty of room for all 16!

When 1st arrving was told we could check in early that was awesome! When we pulled up saw through window that a tv of some sort was broken. Didn’t affect our trip. Downfall was wifi didn't work correctly the whole trip. Was able to get the theater room working okay enough for the kids to watch a movie. Maintenance guy was friendly. Certain parts of house could have been cleaned better broken couch thinking someone before us really enjoyed there stay! Overall house did work for everyone and accommodated us very well. Enjoyed that there was a swim spa and hot tub so everyone could enjoy themselves. Swim spa could have used a good cleaning before arrival but made it work. What mattered is Cabins for You accommodated our family so we could enjoy a wonderful week together and for that we are very thankful!

Great but dirty

The house was amazing and accommodated our large family well. Unfortunately, it was rather dirty when we arrived. The tile floors were sticky and dirty, some of the kitchen surfaces were dirty, and the area rugs had obviously not been swept. Also, there was a toilet seat that was off of one toilet and sitting on the floor of the bathroom. It took the property manager two days to get a maintenance person to fix the toilet seat (we zip-tied it in place in the meantime). Once we got the place cleaned up, our stay was wonderful. The location was great.

Family gatherings for my mother

Every one loved the house had everything we needed for the adults and the kids kids loved the theater room. We had a movie night with the kids thank you. as for as having a problem we didn’t have lights on the Backyard you needed a code to plug the light up and there was a water bottle in the ice machine so we didn’t have ice

Nice but—-

We loved the house there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great. The game room was super for the teens. The hot tub was a great hit but all the jets weren’t working. The lap pool didn’t work at all and was green. That night it rained and the roof leaked badly. We had a couple of complaints about the mattresses in a couple of rooms. The manager came and put tarps on the roof. Fixed the lap pool on the fourth day of our stay. We had a great time in Tennessee but if the house had been nicer it would have super great.

Green Pool

We selected this house because of the indoor pool that was unusable the water was green we complained to management they sent a guy that serviced the hot tub but never fixed the pool. Management refused to comp our stay because the service people came 🙄.

Family Friendly Vacation Location

Perfect house for large multi family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Made use of the large theater room for a fun movie night.

CYC 2023 Trip

* Great Estate! - plenty for all to do. Thank you for sharing the amazing estate with us!!! We had a great time there! Everyone loved the estate!!! * Water pressure - works but if a lot of water is going at the same time... not great pressure * Winter Travelers - be sure your vehicle is equipped to make the uphill-downhill-curvy possibly slick roads before booking. It was beautiful but if we had had snow and ice (as sometimes we do) we would have been in trouble.

Great house

The house was amazing, but had a couple issues. The water pressure was non existent when several people were trying to shower and the heat pumps couldn't seem to keep up with the 30 degree weather. Maintenance came quickly to check it out and said it was ok but the next morning and several people were in the middle of their shower and lost pressure so much that rinsing off was a challenge. Driveway is very steep and would be a challenge in snowy weather! Overall, the property was great.
