cabin comfortably sleeps 6-10 people, making it perfect for a family vacation

or a getaway with friends. With plenty of yard space for your furry companions

to run and play, everyone can enjoy the great outdoors together. Experience

Living Room:

The living room is warm and inviting, with a beautiful wood fireplace as the

focal point. The high ceilings further enhance the sense of spaciousness,

while two large, cozy sofas provide ample seating for relaxation and

gatherings. Take in the views from the two arm chairs situated by the window,

where you can enjoy your favorite book or morning cup of coffee. Mounted

prominently on one wall, a large TV offers entertainment for cozy nights in or

lazy mornings. The rustic ambiance pairs seamlessly with modern comfort,

making the living room the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the company of

family and friends.



Kitchen\Dining Room:

Prepare delicious meals and enjoy quality time with loved ones in the fully

equipped kitchen. This spacious kitchen is designed for culinary comfort,

offering an electric range, refrigerator, ample counter space, and a

dishwasher to accommodate all your cooking needs. The perfect spot to whip up

a family dinner or holiday feast, the kitchen features granite countertops and

a large island with bar seating for four. The dining area features a large

wooden table with seating for eight, so there is plenty of room for family and

friends. Charming metal farmhouse chairs grace the seating area and add a

touch of rustic elegance to the space. The open layout seamlessly connects the

kitchen to the living room, allowing for easy interaction between the areas.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere make this kitchen a perfect gathering place

for meals and shared moments with loved ones. Dish towels, starter dish soap,

and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

The cabin's game room is in an open loft area just up the stairs. The

centerpiece is a classic foosball table, inviting friendly competition and

lively matches. Adding to the retro vibe, two arcade machines stand proudly in

the corner—the timeless NBA Jam and the beloved Pac-Man, offering nostalgic

fun for all. The game room serves as a vibrant and exciting space for friendly

Location/Roads/Parking:

The cabin is conveniently situated at the end of a gravel road, offering easy

access and a pull-through driveway with ample parking space for up to four

vehicles. The flat terrain makes maneuvering and parking hassle-free,

providing a convenient and accessible arrival for guests.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, hike to waterfalls, ride horseback through valleys, picnic by a river,

and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger outlets &

local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time,

enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked

meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that

sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check

in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,

or New Years Day.



Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to

the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,

will be charged to the credit card on file).
