Reviewer Comments: The pool had ick floating in it, the hot tub overflowed into the pool, pool area and back deck downstairs every time you got in it. The cabin, while generally clean, is in need of a Real cleaning as there are cobwebs in every window and general grime along all the baseboards. The kitchen Might have the supplies needed for cooking, but the vast majority are in the back end of the corner cabinet that would require a 6-year-old in size to reach anything. It is definitely not somewhere we will look to return to

And they did credit us back some money for the inconvenience. Everyone was very pleasant which helped the whole situation. The place it’s self is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our stay so much you couldn’t ask for a better place to visit we will definitely be back!
