They said that they don't cooperate with Hotels.com at all and we were left without accommodation and completely on our own. While I was waiting in reception I heard that they messed up booking for another tourist as well and he had to leave his room one day before planned. Hotel is in good location but a bit hard to find. „Great location. Room safe and tidy. There is no reception to the property so not easy to get hold of staff. Also the address is a pedestrian street so taxi would not know where to drop you or pick you up. You get around this by knowing the name of a nearby street where cars can access. Overall I would recommend the hotel, it is in a really great location“
