„This property was an excellent option for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.“

„The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. „We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay.
