„This property was beautiful, located just a stone throw from the lakes edge. The owners were extremely friendly, the type of friendly you can only find in a small town. They gave excellent recommendations, we ate at both the Scale House and Babes Burgers during our visit. We enjoyed smores and coffee by the fire pit. All we could hear was the hundreds of birds, perfect place to get away. I feel like the photos on the listing dont capture the charm of the cabin so i took some myself. Thanks again ...

„This is a comfortable place to stay near Penn Yan. The place is decorated so well that even the grandchildren commented on how beautiful it was. The cabin is off a dirt road that has amazing views of the valley. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin. “

„Overall a great place but needs just a little more. Chairs for the fire pit, at least a few logs for the fire pit, especially coming in at 4-5 in the evening. Looking for a quieter place away from people, this is it. “

„We originally booked two nights and then decided to extend our stay. Partly because of the weather but also just because we were enjoying it so much! Very cozy and clean. Close to fun things to but you also feel like you’re nice and secluded and have privacy. Beautiful cabin!“

„My husband turned "40" this past weekend and to celebrate we decided to come back to an area we fell in love with last fall. The cabin is perfectly located right in the middle of so many wineries/breweries we still have yet to visit ALL of them. That just means we will certainly have to return!! As soon as we walked it, it smelled freshly cleaned. The view is spectacular so even if the weather doesn't cooperate to enjoy the deck/yard you can sit on the second level with a glass of wine and enjoy ...

„The home was very nice with beautiful views and ultimate privacy. You do need to make sure you bring food and drink as not much is nearby except wineries.“

The romantic cabin was set a little bit further from the other two on the property and right in from of the adorable pond. The owner was incredibly sweet and made himself available for anything we needed. Everything was clean and well planned out. „Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.“

„The Graoe Escape was exactly what we were looking for. It is camping without the tent! The view was wonderful, woke up and went to sleep with sounds of nature. Even in the rain it was a perfect getaway. Dave was quick to respond when we had a question and went above and beyond for our stay! Would recommend and stay again. “
