Bei der Buchung dachten wir, dass die Lodge im Wald wäre und wir zu Fuß an dem Lake Windermere spazieren gehen konnte. Dies war in der Inserat irreführend. Trotzdem waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden.“

„Potter's Lodge is a beautifully decorated 3 bed Lodge set in the ideal lakeside location of White Cross Bay Holiday Park. 5 minutes drive from central Windermere, which has good train network links to London and Glasgow, the train station being perfectly situated next to Booths, a pleasant large supermarket with fresh produce. The buses are very frequent with the 599 stopping outside White Cross Bay Holiday Park direct from Windermere train station, and onto picturesque Ambleside and Grasmere. ...

„We had a great holiday at the lake's. The lodge was lovely, but somethings could be better, the freezer compartment was tiny, and iced over, so the door sometimes wouldn’t close properly, The beds were so comfy, hot tub was lush. We visited coniston lake for the first time, it was the hottest day, my daughter would have loved to have gone in the lake, but we never took costumes or towels, so they went on the self drive boats instead. We had 2 very rainy days, can’t book the weather, so had to ...
