PET POLICY
We love hosting guests with pets and happily welcome dogs! Please note that we don’t allow cats, as we want to be mindful of future guests who may have allergic sensitivities. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Fee: $150/pet per stay.

Additional Notes:
• Only the main kitchen is available for guest use.
• We use the triple sheet method on all beds for maximum cleanliness.
• During rainy seasons, you may see occasional ants/insects (routine pest control in place).
• Same-day bookings may have check-in delayed to 6:30 PM if there’s a turnover.
• Pricing includes 4 guests; additional guests are $25/night each.

House Rules:
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• No shoes inside
• No parties or unauthorized guests
• No smoking inside or within 20 ft of the home
• Trash: Please sort into correct bins
• Lost & Found: $35 handling fee + shipping if items are recovered (held for 2 weeks)
• No mailbox access (deliveries at guest’s discretion)
