„Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. „Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist super sauber und man kann sogar gratis seine Wäsche waschen. Einfach toll. Die Kommunikation klappt ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider kann man halt echt Pech mit seinen Mitbewohnern haben, denn die Wände sind dünn wie Papier und wenn sich nicht an Ruhezeiten gehalten wird und man etwas nachsichtig miteinander umgeht, dann ist es einfach nur laut und störend. Wir hatten 2 schlechte Nächte weil 2 andere Zimmer auf unserem Flur ...

„Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! “

„The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “
