„The condo is cute, and there have been upgrades. However, check in was confusing through Verbo. Once we finally got into the Condo, we discovered that there were no towels or wash cloths in the bathroom, it took 3 hours, of multiple messages to finally get them delivered by the housekeeper, who just left them outside the door without letting us know.
