It has a beautiful courtyard that the apartment balcony overlooked. We were met by the property owner who gave us keys and walked us through the apartment as well as showing us the exercise room and pool. Great stay! “

„We had a great stay. Location was great and walkable to a lot of close restaurants and sights. Great coffee at Lladro and late night burgers at Dicks! Multiple grocery stores nearby too.The house was comfy for our group of 8. Charming old home with comfy beds. While there is no central heat in the house, the wall units kept us nice and cozy. They worked really well!We were able to cook in the kitchen and found everything we needed, except a cookie sheet.The host was communicative and responsive, ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!“
