Our 3 level townhome is newly built and finished construction in January of 2017. Very convenient location since it's located right across the street from a Seattle Link Light Rail Station that will take you to many stops throughout Seattle. It's a really easy way to get around on your trip, don't need to worry about pricey parking in Downtown Seattle.

- 7 miles away from Seatac Airport (you can also take the light rail from there to here)
- 5 miles away from Westfield South Center Mall (great shopping and tons of restaurants)

We love to cook so our kitchen is plenty stocked with kitchenware so you can chef up a yummy home-cooked meal. We have lots of items, but not every single thing that a kitchen can have. What we do have are pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, and also the basic essentials like olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. There is also a Keurig to serve you coffee for a little pick me up before you start to explore Seattle.

We have a 1 car garage you can park your car in there and there additional street parking right across the street.


The light rail is less than a 5 minute walk away, which provides you a variety of stops for you to explore the city of Seattle.

Very culturally diverse neighborhood with lots of mom and pop authentic restaurants near by. Columbia City is a short drive or a couple of light rail ride away with lots more restaurants and coffee shops. If you check on Yelp, there are over 80 local eateries that are within a mile distance. They aren't really walking distance but they are a short drive or light rail ride away.

Seward Park is an amazing park within the city and offers a lot to see and do including nice hiking trail. Or a beautiful view of the lake and mountain!
