Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Sleeping arrangements
Two welcoming bedrooms and a flexible common space provide restful options for up to six guests. The Garden Room includes a king size memory foam hybrid mattress, dual nightstands, robes, and a streaming TV. The Zen Den holds a queen bed, blackout curtains, complimentary earplugs, and a Smart TV with a DVD player. In the family room, a queen sofa sleeper with fresh linens accommodates two additional guests. Each bedroom is equipped with robes, mirrors, and luggage racks for convenience.

Bathroom
A single shared bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, bright vanity, and storage space. Toiletries, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are all provided so you can settle in with ease.

Living spaces
The living area balances relaxation with entertainment. A gas fireplace, smart TV, and record player with a curated collection of LPs create a cozy backdrop for evenings inside. You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, top healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy! You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This is the upper unit of a two unit fully renovated home with two bedrooms and a new queen sleeper sofa. Our peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor' includes natural elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects can we seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area.. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
