„Struttura immersa nel verde. Bella la piscina, pulita e ben manutenuta.“

„The property is cute, hard to find. Clean. The staff helpful. Parking difficult. Breakfast not what I am used to but I guess is their traditional one. The room is definitely not what expected: It called honeymoon room but it is actually an attic. Wood stairs, need to be careful. The toilet want working, The Mountain View it is just a small window that you can see the mountains but also all the town roof full of bird poop. „Bellissimo casale ristrutturato, paesaggio intorno incantevole fuori dai classici schemi di viaggio, le indicazioni essendo fuori Cascia, andrebbero migliorate. „Great place to visit, authentically restored castle ran by the descendants of the same family. Owner Francesco and his wife are very friendly, generous and very kind hosts. Even though the castle isn’t in the main traveler’s route, it is most definitely worth taking a detour to stay here!“

„Staff very welcoming. Place is a restaurant and B&B. Wonderful breakfast! Parking convenient. Not a walkable Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley.“

„The Expedia website shows the property in the middle of Leonessa, but it's 11km outside it, which would not matter if you arrive by car, but we were walking! Fortunately the host came and collected us. He cooked an excellent meal for us and had a wood fire going for when we arrived.“
