„Great old hotel in a perfect location. Lots of character and a very good value. I would note only that there was no air conditioning, and as is typical in Italy, no screens on the windows, so it was difficult to stay cool on very hot nights given that there are also lots of mosquitos. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, so overall a great experience.“

„Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. “

„Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). “

"Das Hotel liegt nicht in der Stadt, daher gibt es kein Schwierigkeiten mit dem Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt einen großen Pool und ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. In der Nähe befinden sich gute Restaurants. Im Hotel wird Frühstück angeboten, dies ist verbesserungswürdig. "
