It is a quiet, residential neighborhood on a somewhat busy street; however, it is a quiet place to stay. There is plenty of room to park 4 vehicles in the driveway off the street. There is no WiFi so this was frustrating since you are so far out, you can get phone signal by walking around outside till you find a signal so WiFi would really help.
