Ocean Air Lower East Private Beach on 30A (BEACHFRONT)

Summary:

Ocean Air is a beachfront duplex divided into 4 units. Each unit has a panoramic view of the beach with a private beachfront deck.  Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and has two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms all of which are completely private.  The units have a Lovesac sectional that functions as a sleeper and a large Lovesac beanbag that can easily sleep one.



The Space:

All the units are connected through an interior stairway, making multiple unit rentals perfect for family reunions and weddings. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic. The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.



Other Things to Note:

The most prominent feature of this location is the private beach. Ocean Air 30A boasts of 70’ of private beach, giving each beach chair set a direct ocean view without outside interference. Each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella with the Ocean Air-logo. Additional chair sets are available for an additional fee.



Weekly rentals at our property include complimentary access to paddle boards, kayaks, and beach bicycles, all available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who enjoy grilling, gas grills are conveniently provided in the front of the house. Our extra-large parking area ensures that each of our renters has a minimum of two parking spaces, offering convenience and ease during your stay.



We understand the growing importance of sustainable transportation options and are committed to supporting eco-friendly practices. Whether you’re a guest with an electric vehicle or considering renting one during your stay, our charging station provides a convenient and reliable solution for your charging needs. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing that you can recharge your vehicle while enjoying all the other amenities our property has to offer.



We are pleased to accommodate dogs and cats, subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, provided they are disclosed prior to your arrival. It’s important to note that the $30 damage insurance fee does not cover pet-related damages, and any damages exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest.

We just returned from a wonderfully relaxing stay at this incredible property right on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was so friendly and helpful, and was there almost daily working hard as people checked in and out of the four units. I truly appreciated how dog friendly this property is - they even had baby gates available to gate off sections on the deck to keep our pup contained while we enjoyed the outdoor living space. The deck is incredible, with plenty of room to relax in the sun or under the shade with the most stunning views of the beach and gulf. We had perfect weather and gorgeous water conditions all week. We left feeling blessed and very grateful!

Amazing Experience!!! 10!!!!

The property is in a wonderful location!!! It is directly ON the beach, and offers ready access to restaurants and grocery shopping. The beach is truly private, no issues getting chairs. The apartment is wonderful - fully kitted out with Keurig, washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishware, etc. Starters of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, etc. are here so if you are in a rush to get here and don't have time to shop, just show up and shop the day after you arrive! Our 9 year old son LOVED the property!!! If you have not been to 30A before, THIS is the place to start! If you have been to 30A before, this will rival your other stays. Parking is super convenient. Three clean grills on the premises (I don't cook, but they are there!). 10!!!!

Let me tell you…This is a hidden gem on 30A and a must go to if you’re wanting direct beach access and relaxing getaway. My husband and I needed a little rest & recovery. We scored this place last minute and couldn’t have asked for better. Location was perfect, tucked away from busy spring breakers & close to great shops & restaurants. The place came with everything you need & was spotless! Another bonus was being dog friendly, welcoming our dog Sonny. We didn’t want to leave. Zach, the property manager, & owners were so kind, ensured we were satisfied with our stay and easy to communicate with. 5/5 experience ! Can’t wait to return

Relaxing Week

We had an awesome stay at the property. The hosts and owners were easy to communicate with and answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and accommodated us well. We usually stay in the Destin area but decided to try something new. The site has cute boutiques, food trucks, and a homey, woodsy feel around. The food in the area we ate was good as well. There are lots of areas to bike and walk. The beach view from the home was great. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the view. Even though it rained some we still had a great time enjoying the view and spending time as a family.

The View is Worth It

We LOVED our stay here! We came for some much-needed rest, and we found it. This home sits directly on the beach like it is listed. The proximity to the beach was everything to me. You literally step out of the door from the living area, onto a deck and the steps down to the beach are super close. The outdoor space was wonderful. The owners have thought of some extras that we really enjoyed. Beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards were available to use at no extra charge. The Lovesac was super comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfy. There was even dog bowls for food and water that was set up and had the strip around it showing it had been cleaned like everything else. SUPER clean place! There are even these baby playpens at every unit but we used it for our beagle. She stayed out on the deck with us while we were outside. We will definitely return and have already told many friends about this place.

Beautiful location + great owners = amazing vacation

My husband, our two fur-babies and I enjoyed our stay at OceanView 30A, Lower East unit. The condo has an amazing oceanfront view with direct, private access to the beach. Condo is beautifully decorated, all new, modern appliances. Bedding was Heaven! Everything we could ask for and more. Check in process was a breeze! Owners are super sweet! Zac checked in with us throughout our stay, making sure we wanted for nothing. We will definitely be back!

Inside the property-amazing, Outside-a terrible active construction site

As of 3/8/2022 The inside of the unit is impeccable along with the ocean being right out the back door. This entire building is under active construction. There is a dumpster out front, broken glass in the parking lot, lumber, heavy machinery, active renovations including constant sawing & hammering, etc. The inside stairwell is stripped to plywood w nails exposed, there are safety railings missing, the entire building is missing the siding & stripped to drywall. I have several pictures showing how completely undone the entire property is. The only warning given by management was 24 hrs before we arrived was "that at this time the vinyl siding is being replaced but that we assure you it will not disturb your stay". There was no mention of the entire building being renovated loudly while we were staying there. Again the inside of the condo is wonderful & almost made up for the constant construction noise however this place is absolutely not what it is advertised. There should be more of an in depth warning prior to 24 hrs notice. Make sure you email before booking to see if it is still under active construction. Once this place is finished it will be wonderful, but for the money they are charging it is ridiculous.

Great stay on 30-A!

This property is wonderful! The interior of the unit was spotless and well appointed, and the direct ocean view was spectacular. The property sits on a beautiful stretch of deeded beach in a great small neighborhood right in the middle of 30-A and convenient to everything. . The perks are terrific - lounge chairs/umbrellas are out every day, kayaks, bikes, items that you may typically pay extra for. The owners happened to be onsite during our visit and were extremely hospitable. We will definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated in quaint neighborhood. Landlord gave us an indoor filter as red tide was causing coughing. This was a problem all through the panhandle. Beautiful view/access to beach. Would rent again.
