„Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. “

„Second year at this house. Our family loves it. Super convenient to beach and Seaside. We have multigenerations staying there and there is plenty of space for everyone. Grown-ups eat inside and kids eat outside where we can see them on the deck. Property manager is super on top of any need or glitch which is bound to happen.“

„Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can ...

„Stay here for the proximity to the beach. The unit is on the far west end of The Legends complex. It is a block and a half walk to Spooky Lane Access. It is close enough that you can easily walk back and forth to the beach during the day.“

„We had a very last minute booking for this property, and we were very aware of the reviews talking about cleanliness. We had no issues and definitely didn’t see any of the problems mentioned in previous reviews. It was an EASY walk to the public beach, and plenty of room for us in the condo. We had excellent communication with the property manager, and were able to quickly and spontaneously add another day to our stay. I would absolutely recommend to any group looking for a low key stay!“
