„We were under the impression that this home would have a grill for us to use of a daily basis. I reached out to Glam Destin and they brought us a new grill the nest day they were open and all of the accessories to go with it. This alone was huge for us for we wanted to grill on a daily basis. The home was very updated and nice. The hot tube was an additional bonus. We would definitely stay here again or at a home with them. „Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. “

„Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. “

„Das Appartment 604 ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gepflegt, man sieht das die Wohnung nur als Einnahmequelle benutzt wird und nichts investiert wird. Eine Renovierung könnte nicht schaden. Die Anlage selber ist zu empfehlen, alles ordentlich mit Vacasa war ich zufrieden.“

„The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back.“

The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. „We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to ...

„On the beach, condo has a great view of the gulf. Place was clean and comfortable. Love the Sandestin resort and all it has to offer. Great place to walk, jog, or bike...especially if you take the tunnel to the other side of resort. Village of Baytowne Wharf also a fun place.“
