Guests arrive via elevator to the building and enter the condo on its lower level. Just outside the front door, a spacious shared deck offers additional seating and wide views of Central Square and the Gulf—an inviting preview of the scenery that surrounds the property. Inside, the condo’s distinctive multi-level layout leads to the main living space upstairs, accessed by a ship’s ladder and narrow spiral staircase.

A full hall bath with a single vanity and tub-and-shower combination is located just outside the bedroom, along with a separate half bath on the same level.
