Dune Vacation Rentals presents, Hobnob, a Seagrove Beach home that is located near Seaside Town Center and the white sandy beaches of 30A. This vacation rental home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathrooms, multiple living spaces, and a private pool. The 6 seat golf cart/LSV makes it a breeze accessing the beach or adventuring to Seaside for dinner and shopping!

The first floor of this home features the the living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an additional den where you could cozy up and read a book. There are four bedrooms located on the first floor. The first guest room has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are also two queen bedrooms and the fourth bedroom has a set of twin over twin bunk beds. These three guest rooms share a hall bathroom that has a shower only. As you venture out to the pool area, you will pass through the laundry room, which also has a half bath.

The second floor treats you to the master bedroom which has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A bonus feature in the master closet, is a second washer/dryer set. Your family will enjoy the large, den area that is located on the second floor. It has a TV, sofa and comfy chairs, a dining table which seats 6, and a kitchenette which has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

The outdoor area features a 9x19 swimming pool as well as seating and a gas grill. You will have use of the garage for parking and a 6 seat golf cart/LSV.

This sweet beach cottage provides you with top of the line amenities for a memorable vacation, and a location that cannot be beat!

ADDITIONAL
- Parking for 4 vehicles.
- NO events, such as parties, wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 5 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.

Great poperty with so much space for everyone! We had 8 people and everyone had a space when they needed it! It was awesome to walk out to the pool everyday! The home was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items, close to Seaside, the beach, shopping and Publix. It was a great time!

Amazing 4th of July Family Vacation

We have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay at this property. The house is very spacious with plenty of sleeping and seating space for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The downstairs is very open with a separate eating area from the kitchen and little coffee/breakfast nook. The upstairs layout was great because two of our kids are toddlers and the primary upstairs has a large walk in closet/2nd laundry which was perfect for two pack-n-plays for the boys to nap and sleep, without having to worry about noise downstairs. There is also a second kitchen/living space off the primary upstairs which was great for the two ten yo's to watch tv and wind down at night while the adults were downstairs. The pool is perfect and the home itself is an easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus shuttling the kids and beach items to and from. Also, Publix is a simple golf cart ride away which was great so we could go as needed and did not have to stock up for the whole trip when we arrived. Sydney was amazingly communicative with us prior to and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property and we are already discussing a possible return trip next summer!

Great place to stay at Seaside

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more! We traveled with 3 moms and a group of teen girls. The location was great and we were able to use the golf cart to get things down to the beach and visit the shops at seaside. Bike rentals were wonderful too! Loved having an ice maker! That was icing on the cake. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having the 3 living areas.

Would love to stay here again

This house is attractive and inviting on the outside but even more on the inside, and the layout was spectacular. It was a seven or eight minute walk to the beach and was close enough but yet, far away enough from all the teen “action” in Seaside. The property manager was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only reason I gave a three star for the online description was because it indicated that the pool was heated but then after we got there I found out it was a mistake and the pool didn’t have a heater. It was cold that week so I had placed quite a bit of importance on having a heated pool BUT everything else was so good I tried just not to think about it. And they were very apologetic and accommodating. When we go to 30a I am always gonna look for properties managed by Dunes.

Such a fun stay!

Hobnob was just perfect for our family! We really enjoyed the golf cart and bikes making it a super easy and convenient ride into seaside for the evening, or even a late night sweet tooth. The home was beautiful ad was the perfect place to bring our family together.
