For whatever reason they wanted to make us believe we get a better room. We did not accept that room and insisted that the hotel give us the room we booked. „Fantastic location. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs which was not a problem for us at all, but may be if guests have physical limitations. All the amenities worked GREAT, including the AC and shower/water pressure. I saw a comment about noise on the street but we didn't find that problematic at all. (It's a big city, so of course there is some activity). Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great location. “
