„Il est dommage de devoir réserver le SPA au préalable et qu'il n'ouvre qu'à 10h00 le matin. Deux horaires de navette pour aller et revenir du centre ne seraient pas de trop. L'endroit est charmant mais un peu excentré. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Je recommanderai cet établissement.“

„Highly recommend Away from the crowds in a quiet but cool neighborhood Staff were very welcoming and helpful- gave us recommendations to amazing coffee nearby and restaurants Room was small but very nice with everything you could possibly want - we will come back“

„It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. „Zentrale Lage, zuvorkommendes, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Appartement modern, sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Pool und Spa sehr schön und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert.“

„Reception closes at an early hour of 17:00 and there's no hotel parking. The recommended parking closes at 23:00 and street parking is either full or dangerous. We drove a Maserati and the looks from people made it feel extremely unsafe. The room is extremely beautiful, spacious and comfortable with the balcony is superb. Fix the parking situation then it may be closer to a 4 Star. Definitely not five.“
