„Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. „This is our second time to stay at this property. The location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes away is a little grocery store that has everything you need. And every evening a taco truck is parked there. The cottage is so cute, spotless and is well equipped. We love sitting on the front patio enjoying drinks and a meal. The street is so quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to end a busy day. We are already planning our next Santa Barbara get away at Costa Vida Cottage.“

In the Papa suite, we spent each morning enjoying our gourmet coffee provided by the host (with a wide selection of creamers) on the balcony, watching the sun rise against the mountains. At night we loved the fire and being so close to restaurants and wine tasting. „The location of this property was the main reason we chose it, nice and close to the beach. It was clean, but floors were unlevel, especially in the bedroom where the head of the bed seemed lower than the foot of the bed. And there was a 10 digit code to unlock/ lock the door to the room which was very cumbersome /bothersome every time we left and came back. Not sure we would stay here again as the cons probably outweighed the pros.“

Das Haus wie auch das Grundstück sind sauber und gepflegt. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden ist ein Auto notwendig. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in einer Entfernung von 3 - 6 Kilometern. Die Vermieter sind gerne behilflich sich in der Umgebung zurecht zu finden.“

Das Apartment ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet - alles ist bis in die Details stilvoll und in tip-top Zustand.
