Pets are not permitted at this home due to severe owner allergies; a waiver is on file for service animals.

The garage is locked for owner use, along with the front courtyard area behind the gate.

The indoor fireplace is not available to guests; central heating is provided, and the outdoor firepit is available for use.

The Mesa is a family-oriented neighborhood—please follow house rules and quiet hours so we can continue operating responsibly.

Quiet Hours begin at 9pm - 8am. Please be mindful of our neighbors that kindly allow us to rent our home next to them :)

*Few house reminders :) *Please put all trash in trash cans or bins to avoid any critters. If you go to the beach, please wipe/rinse your feet before coming into the home. We have tar removal spray/packets for use as well - please use these to remove any tar before entering the home. Before leaving the home, please turn off all lights and lock up, and if you don’t mind taking off your shoes before entry into the home it’ll help keep the place in great condition for all of our guests.
