„Great apartment in a good location“

„This property listing was okay. Location is great. It was spacious; it had 3 beds. They left good recommendations for food. They checked in on us a couple of times via messenger. However, there were downsides. It looks more modern and cleanly in the photos. This listing was lacking in cleanliness: floors, shower, and furniture. The beds did not have mattress lining. When we asked for extra towels, it was an upcharge of 15 Euro.

„My complaints are the property did not meet up with the photographs. It was unclean and the air conditioning was inadequate. The property was so bad we went to a hotel and spent the night there.“

„Perfect location to walk all over Florence. Loved the cute balcony. Apartment has ample space for 2 couples. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large spaces. Every room was clean. Even though this apartment is designated as the 2nd floor, it’s 3 flights up, no elevator. As others mentioned there is late-night noise from 2 places; a bar and a restaurant. Patrons like to hang outside in the narrow street. Bedrooms are street-side. If you’re a night owl and sound sleeper, no problem!“
