„Everything about this property was excellent – location couldn't be beat, the property was up-to-date and clean, air conditioners worked in the bedrooms, fans only in the main space, just be aware this is in the city so there are no windows in the bedrooms downstairs and minimal upstairs, you can open the portals in the windows in the front doors and natural lighting comes from the canopy ceiling in the patio. We loved our week in Puerto Rico.“

„We loved the house and the fact that it had a lot of outdoor area to enjoy. Puerto Rico’s power goes out a lot, but you do not have to worry about that with this house. It has a generator big enough to run the main house, studio and the outdoor area and pool!“

„Stay and location was great. Very clean and AC worked great. The management team was great to work with. We would stay there again even though when taking a shower the temperature of the water was either extremely very hot or cold the temperature was difficult to adjust.“

„The property is conveniently located and easy to access other points of interest in the area. The kitchen was well stocked, but did not have an oven which we did not realize, but it wasn't really an issue. The property manager addressed all of our concerns in a very timely manner. The furniture in the gathering area is very outdated and not designed for seating for more than 4 or 5 people. Other than that it was a wonderful visit. “

The neighborhood seemed a little dodgy at night time when we arrived- we walked to Calle Loiza for dinner, and there was just nobody walking on the streets, so we did feel a little nervous but it ended up being fine.
