„Grundsätzlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft - wäre weiterzuempfehlen. Erreichbarkeit (auch mit google maps) nicht so einfach - hier wäre ein Hinweis vorab toll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass man keine Vorab-Infos bzgl Check-in erhält, ist die Vermieterin auch ziemlich herablassend, wenn man sich nach der Endreinigung erkundigt. Denn anders als auf Expedia beschrieben (entweder 25$ Endreinigungsgebühr oder selber sauber machen) beharrt die Dame auf ...

The nearby area has a lot of great restaurants and this location is just a few blocks from the beach. This is a great place to stay when exploring San Juan and the nearby areas. “

„Todo estaba en orden, la casa estaba limpia, tenia toallas limpias y muy bien dobladas, en la nevera tenian 2 botellas de agua fria para poder disfrutarlas, había jabon, shampoo etc. Verdaderamente, todo esta en orden, el aire acondicionado de la habitación, estaba perfecto. Tenian estacionamiento disponibles para 2 carros y todo era muy seguro. “

Conveniently located within a 15 - 20 minute drive of San Juan with spectacular view of Isla Verde Beach. Owner was very communicative. We will be returning to Puerto Rico and will definitely consider a return stay. “

„Great location…just across the street from the beach where we went kayaking and snorkeling, next to sea food restaurant which was pretty good, did the Cabezas de San Juan tour which was interesting and at walking distance…a whole lot of restaurants and places to go nearby..thats what we loved most. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. Very peaceful.“
