„This cabin is hidden within the mountains along the entry road to pagosa springs. A perfect destination if you are looking to go to Wolf Creek or surrounding areas. The cabin was spacious and clean. Hot tub very HOT, mountain butler food delivery service was perfect, garage to keep the car warm during the night and comfy bed! „Stayed five nights with wife, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful Mountain View with large table on deck for outdoor meals, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching (big buck deer ran right by deck). Had a wonderful and relaxing time with family. “

„We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. „All 6 families (from 5 different cities) agreed this place was a perfect place to celebrate our family birthdays. We took advantage of the location and spent time at James Ranch and Durango Hot Springs and Spa. Both were ideal for our group with adults and toddlers. There was more than enough room to spread out for our 10 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. „Sleeping Bear Cabin was a lovely place to stay. However, persons who have difficulty climbing stairs would have a hard time staying here. There was a flight of stairs up to the front door, another up to the loft bedroom, and another down to the laundry area.“

„Overall, we loved staying here and it was the perfect location for us! I little off the grid, but still close to town and all the activities we wanted to do!“

„This property was great, location was perfect for us as we would order our food and run into Durango to pick it up and be back at the house in less than 10 minutes. Because it is located on HWY 550 there is some traffic noise during day, but after dark the traffic slows way down. Again not an issue for us. The bed were all very comfortable and the showers in both baths had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Did have a couple of muke deer come up to the house in the evening. “
