Brand new, beautifully furnished mountain townhome in Tacoma Village at Purgatory, with stunning views of the San Juan Mountains from almost every room.

Spend the day skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking at Purgatory, just across the street, then come home and fire up the grill on the huge covered deck while the sun sets over the aspens. Gather the whole group around the stone fireplace in the vaulted great room, share a meal at the long dining table, then head downstairs to the second living room to watch a movie or relax by the dry bar. Retire to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed for a great night`s sleep.

Beds - Master has a King Bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Full-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle.

RESORT AMENITIES:
Access to Purgatory Resort amenities (outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, indoor fitness center, outdoor tennis court, outdoor playground) is available to our guests for an additional fee of 4% of the total nightly rate. (Which we will cover for you as an added perk for booking with us!). Please notify us before or after you book that you would like this perk so we can purchase it for you and please only ask for it if you plan to use it.

These Resort amenities are across the street at the main resort lodge, which is across Hwy 550 from our home, about 0.8 miles away and accessible by the free Purg shuttle during the hours of 8-5 or by driving over.

*Please note: There is a required 4% resort fee at the time of booking; that fee is separate from this optional one.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Our townhouse does not have air conditioning. This is common in mountain towns as the temperature drops at night. It does have in-floor radiant heat, but it is slow. Set thermostat at 68-70°F and leave it. Turning up the heat doesn`t speed things up. Turn the fireplace on and it will help increase the heat upstairs faster.

● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the areas outside of the home far enough away that smoke will not get inside.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes and ski boots are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Pets are not allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
