„Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und es hatte alles, was es braucht. Auch Point Loma ist ein super Ort mit dem nahen Meer etc. und doch nicht weit von San Diego Downtown. Den Verkehr der Strasse hört man im Studio bei offenem Fenster gut, in der Nacht ist es aber relativ ruhig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :-).“

„Clean, well appointed, and a great location for what I enjoy (I spent several hours watching all the colorful sail boats and kite surfers in the bay). An actual walker’s paradise, that felt very safe and secure to me. It was a great choice for a relaxing, laid back, restful week in San Diego. Lots of local restaurants and markets to pack and take meals/snacks to the beaches or wherever the day may take you. “

„Perfect beach getaway with our Labrador retriever. The Grotto had everything we needed and Jason the host was very welcoming and responsive. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and within a short drive of dog beach in Del Mar. The weather was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from the Arizona heat. We will definitely rebook this one. “

„This place is absolutely amazing—just like the photos, modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It’s tucked away in a lovely neighborhood, and at night it’s so peaceful you can even hear the crickets. John has truly thought of every detail, from the super-soft anchor-patterned sheets and complimentary slippers to the thoughtful welcome basket with wine, snacks, and even fresh lemons from their tree! Communication was quick and easy, and we also had the pleasure of meeting John, Michael, and ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay! The studio is an easy walk to the beach and situated in a nice neighborhood. It’s been well kept, clean and very well equipped. Ed and Jill were most accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We will be back!“
