"Room is big and spacious, has two balconies but interior is very old and not renovated. It feels like entering a hotel in early 2000s. The location is good in terms of distance to public transport but still takes about 50 mins to reach airport and the city but doesn’t have much options of restaurants nearby in walking distance. On a positive note the staff was very polite was helpful. For the price it is still considerable but honestly wouldn’t stay for the 2nd time. "

"We stayed in Room 124 with our family, including young kids, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The toilet in our room was not working at all. We reported it, but were told there were no other rooms available to move us to. This meant that any time someone needed the bathroom—including our kids—we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public facilities. It was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel stay. No real solution was offered beyond that, and we were left to deal with the discomfort for the duration of our stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles these situations in the future. Basic amenities like a functioning bathroom should never be an issue. "
