"We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. "We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"Everything was incredibly easy and well done with this apartment. Alessandro and Carlotta contacted me to set up an appointment, they were flexible to our schedule and understanding when we arrived late because of traffic. Communication was easy, fast, clear and the place was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much in this area, was perfect for two people and a 13-month old child (no lift, but we left buggy downstairs). Thanks so much for this great space to experience Rome!"

"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."
