„Das Hotel sollte dringend renoviert werden. Alte Teppiche in den Zimmern, undichte Wasserhähne, schlecht schlissende Fenster. Von den 7 Ferientagen konnten wir nur 3 richtig ausschlafen. Es wurden in der Früh Gartenarbeiten erledigt (hauptsächlich Palmenblätter mit Motorsägen entfernt), was man wirklich später hätte erldigen können, wenn die Hotelgäste z.b. am Strand sind. „As soon as you arrive staff tries to talk you into a time share scam. And even if you agree to attend the meeting you can't use the perks except for on certain days. The free shuttle only runs 4 days a week. The buy one get free boat trip only goes on wednesdays. So basically worthless if you leave on a tuesday. „Rooms were clean and comfortable with a sleep number adjustable bed. Air conditioning, kitchenette with a microwave, and a refrigerator for some groceries and drinks rounded out a great room for our week’s stay. Beautiful views from open air restaurant that also overlooks the pool. Amazing hospitality and customer service from owners, Libby and Marshall and all of their staff! „Main restaurant is not open Monday-Wednesday which limits you to a Bar & Grill by the Pool. Also, this is a 100% Timeshare and is not technically a Hotel. “
