We paid quite a lot of money and to get a room with permanent dirty oil stains on the tile throughout, a broken bathroom lock being held together with a allen key (no kidding), located right over the restaurant with great food but a loud extractor fan going all day, and other obvious wear and tear was rather disappointing.
