„We stayed for one night, which was OK. First room had no working lights in bathroom. They were aware, but could not fix it. Suggestion to turn on the lights in the bedrrom to see "something" in the bath were not acceptable. Friendly staff changed us to another room then. All in all a very old hotel which needs significant renovations. Area OK, so for a short stay it was sufficient, but next time we rather spend a little more and stay elsewhere“

„Im Zimmer gabs keine Badetücher und keine kleinen Seifen und Body lotions. Keine Reserve Toilettenpapier. Der Aufsatz der Toilette war derart lose, dass er sehr wackelte. Die Restauration des Hotels mit nur 2 kleinen Restaurants ist dürftig, qualitativ und ambiancemässig. Das Essen war unter jeder Kritik. Amerikaner finden die Burger wahrscheinlich gut, aber für Europäer mit einem gewissen Qualitätsbewusstsein war das Essen nicht mehr wie ein Frass. Bestellten grilled vegetables. Serviert wurde ...

„Top location at river walk. But it is all about the location: very noisy train tracks right next to the right of the hotel: trains running whole night. On top is ‚the wharf club‘ right left of the hotel: so no sleep until 2am possible. Service at reception is lacking too in evening/ night hours, daytime service was good. Consider: no phones in rooms: you will have to walk downstairs for any request. Window screens were broken. “
