  • Auf der obersten Etage (mit Aufzug) eines Gebäudes 1600 Jahrhundert beherbergt dieses neu renovierten 70m²-Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick und Terrasse auf dem Campo de Fiori bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine vollständige Eintauchen in die Geschichte und den Charme des alten Roms. Der Eingang der Wohnung öffnet sich in einem großen und hellen Wohn- und Essbereich (mit TV, Stereoanlage, DVD-Player), die einen Esstisch für vier Personen und ein großes Schlafsofa für zwei Personen Schlafplätze beinhaltet. Weiter ist ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem großen Schrank und eine Kommode. Die Marmor-Küche ist komplett renoviert und ausgestattet. Das Marmorbad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine ist für längere Aufenthalte zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung verfügt über antike holzgetäfelten Decken und Böden, antiken Holz Ventilatoren sowie Klimaanlage und kostenfreiem WLAN. Perfect central location for sightseeing in Rome, We stayed for 5 nights and would absolutely recommend. Two mini-split AC units worked great for a late July stay with 100 degree days.

This property is ideally situated within Rome. Short walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, Jewish Ghetto as well as Trastevere. The host is very responsive to text messages, check in process is very easy and the apartment is as described. I look forward to staying here again, on our next visit to Rome and would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rome.

It was absolultely fantastic. We had an 11 and 7 year old on the pull out sofa and the king bed in the room was amazing. We enjoyed multiple bottles of wine on the patio! My only gripe is that we didn’t stay another night. :). Owners and checkin people were so wonderful and amazing!!

This apartment was perfect for our stay! Honestly, you don’t have to leave Campo if you don’t want to- it has everything you need right there. The restaurants were excellent, gelato nearby, a grocery store, meat and cheese shops, and fun shopping. As for the apartment itself, it was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. We had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening out there. We appreciated the umbrella to help with the sun. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and it was quiet when we shut the shutters at night.Our host was very helpful and welcoming. It was nice to meet his mother-in-law at check in. The directions were clear for how to use the amenities, and check out was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Emanuel is a true host with a flat he should be proud of. This is a very old place with fresh details along with keeping to the 1600's building features. We have been to Rome many times and we always stay in the Campo area. This is first time right on the market, The square as to be expected it is very lively. Cant beat the Campo for best location in Rome

Best place to stay in Rome! Centrally located, literally within minutes of so many sights and attractions! The Piazza that we overlooked was thriving during the day with a beautiful market, and very romantic at night. So many good restaurants steps from the door! We enjoyed the outdoor rooftop terrace each night, as it had a beautiful view of the neighborhood and Piazza. Our host Enrique was extremely responsive, assisted us with several transportation needs, and answered any questions we had! We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Such an amazing rental apartment. Everything was great from start to finish. We are a small Canadian family living in the forest and somehow this apartment right in the center of Rome felt like HOME. The hosts were beyond helpful with the check-in process and communication and local recommendations. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, charming and the terrasse was definitely the highlight of it. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere to every main Rome attraction from it with our baby in her stroller. Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. Adorable place!

The stay was just perfect. Enrique and his little son - adorable hosts. The apartment itself provides lots of space, comfort, and a well-equipped kitchen and library. The little "noise" on Campo de Fiori (unbelievable that some former tenants complained about it - guys, get some earplugs from one of the pharmacies close-by and get over with it) contributes to the lively and energetic atmoshere the place offers: Sit some time on the loverly terrace - idealy with some wine you grabbed just downstairs - and listen to and look at Rome... Everything worth to visit is just a walk away, Forum Romanum and Colosseum, Villa Borghese, the Vatican, the most cited museums and churches of Italy, shopping (!), romantic Trastevere, - just a 20 minute walk at most. Take the time and try the nearby restaurants (thanks to the hosts for the excellent recommendations), and enjoy the immortal city. I will definitely come back to this place.

Entzückende Wohnung in Top-Innenstadtlage

Wir (2 Erwachsene u. 2 Kinder - 6 u. 9 Jahre) waren begeistert von dieser schönen Wohnung. Wir konnten direkt von den fast bodentiefen Fenstern das turbulente Treiben am Campo dei Fiori beobachten. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Angenehm empfanden wir die Deckenventilatoren in den Schlaf- und Wohnräumen vor allem in der Nacht, da es doch noch sehr warm war. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wir konnten uns hier sehr gut erholen. Der angebotene Taxiservice vom und zum Flughafen hat perfekt funktioniert und war inkludiert - ein toller Service. Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement idéal

Si vous avez envie de passer un séjour à Rome pour visiter et vivre l’ambiance de cette ville, cet appartement est idéal. La localisation est parfaite pour toutes les visites. Nous avons tout fait à pieds (Vatican, Fori Romani e Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese, Piazza Navona, Panthéon, etc). Campo dei Fiori est très vivant, donc beaucoup de bruit le soir et la nuit, mais nous le savions donc nous n’avons pas été dérangé par cela. Il suffit de fermer la fenêtre pour être au calme. La terrasse avec la vue sur le campo dei fiori est top et nous avons pu en profiter le soir après nos visites. L’appartement est bien équipé et l’accueil est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont vraiment gentils, disponibles et discrets. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous! Merci

Small Family Perfect

I've found staying in Campo to be the center of the tourist universe in Rome, midway between and a little south of the line from Termini to the Vatican. Campo is an exciting place to look down over from 4 stories high. Windows that open are a must to take in the ambiance, but good windows that close tight to block out the noise are mandatory. This place has the extra benefit of having one of only two "patio properties" in Campo, making the experience even better that just being close. Enrique, my host, was fabulous from initial contact to booking to maintaining contact to making sure I got in when we agreed. My host-in-law, Angela, was a real peach and showed me around the place with great detail. The apartment is spotless and exactly as depicted in the photos. There is one small step up and out to the patio. The bed was comfy - after a LOT of walking around Rome, almost any bed will do for me but my back never got sore on their mattress. The bathroom was adequate, but the finicky shower control makes finding the right temp pretty hard. I resorted to short bursts of water "Navy shower" style and that seemed to work best. Kitchen was perfect and easy to get around. I appreciated the pitcher of cold water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. I didn't cook, but I made breakfast and LOTS of coffee and fresh fruit from the market below. The fridge was spotless. A/C comes from portable room units that we happen to use at our house, so I'm used to them. But they are naturally fairly loud. My bad hearing makes this a non-issue, but it's not the typical wall units that most use in the EU. There are doors separating the BR from the LR area. The couch would be comfy for a sleeping bag. The elevator is tight for even one person with two bags so plan on making several trips. And there are 10 steps or so from the elevator to the apartment. This didn't bother me much. The building is VERY safe and secure with double locked gates that require a key. I hope I'm lucky enough to fit into the schedule next year if my wife comes with me. The place could probably sleep four, definitely sleeps 3, and is perfect for a couple with a young child. It's a rare find that's in demand all the time so grab it when you can - I may beat you to it if you don't! Thanks, Enrique. It was my treat to know you and stay in your place.

Fun in Rome

This apartment was in a great location at the Campo de Fiori. Easy walk to all the sites. Found lots of great restaurants down the twisting, turning roads. Rome is one big living, breathing history museum. My only complaint was that the apartment has 2 portable A/C units, which are woefully inadequate during Roman summers. It was always around 30 degrees Celsius in the apartment, which made for a difficult time sleeping. An investment in at least one split unit is absolutely necessary. I would normally give a place like this 4.5-5 stars, but because of the lack of A/C, I would have to give it 3.5 Joel Ohio, USA

Gorgeous apartment in an outstanding location.

Smashing big airy apartment overlooking the square, the location is brilliant. Enrique was fantastic always at hand if/when we needed him and gave us some fabulous new restaurants to try. One of the highlights was listening to the cellist play around 7pm whilst have an aperitif on the lovely roof terrace. We will most definitely come back. Loved our stay.
