A few steps away from the Ottaviano metro stop and only 13 minutes\' walk from Castel Sant\'Angelo, this modern four-room apartment consists of a living area with an open kitchen and French sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) and two bathrooms.

Entering through the front door, one enters a modern living room composed of a table with six seats and a comfortable French sofa bed that overlooks an open kitchen equipped with some of the main appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave oven and refrigerator).



Rooms and bathrooms

The flat has no less than three bedrooms: the first, adjacent to the living room and equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables with abat-jour and an exposed coat rack, also has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, shower cubicle and washing machine. The second is composed of an exposed coat rack, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with abat-jour and two single beds that can be joined together and used as a double bed. The last one, particularly bright thanks to the two large windows, consists of a double bed, two modern bedside tables (both with abat-jour), a wardrobe and a desk. Finally, the second bathroom is complete with all the necessary sanitary ware and shower box.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
