THE SPACE

The stylish and charming home, tastefully furnished, will gift you relaxing moments and complete your unforgettable Roman experience. Enhanced by parquet floors that highlight the beauty of the interiors.

In the welcoming entrance you can enjoy reading a book; in the spacious corridor you can brighten the day with the notes of an antique piano; or gather in the comfortable living room for convivial moments and relaxation, challenging each other at a board game or unwinding in front of the 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV with Netflix included (Prime Video, YouTube, DisneyPlus apps available but not included – no antenna provided).

The three bedrooms – two triples and one double – have been carefully designed to provide a soothing atmosphere after long walks discovering the city. They feature Queen-size beds and single beds, with comfortable mattresses and two pillows each (one in Memory Foam and one traditional), as well as modern open wardrobes and chests of drawers.

The two main bathrooms, modern and comfortable, are fully equipped.
A courtesy set is provided with shower gel, shampoo, soap, vanity kit and corn-starch shower cap, plus a hairdryer.
The larger bathroom features a double sink, a special vanity with mirror for grooming and make-up, and a washer-dryer.
A third service bathroom offers extra convenience, making your stay even more comfortable.

Completing Domus AEterna is the large, modern, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. Here you can delight your friends with exquisite dinners using all the accessories at your disposal.
You will also find a microwave and traditional oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, and NESPRESSO coffee machine.

In the small storage room you will find cleaning products, clothes rack, ironing board and iron.

Air conditioning is available in every room (except bathrooms).

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, with no shared spaces.
