Top Lage - Top Wohnung- Top Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt 5 min zu Fuß vom Forum hinter den Trajansmärkten. Um die Ecke ganz viele Restaurants. Bus und U-Bahn sind gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist super hilfsbereitund hat für alle Fragen einen Tipp. Besser geht es nicht.

Well-equipped apartment - great location!

If you are looking to visit the most famous sites of Rome, this apartment is located perfectly for you. It's in the middle of the action but also quiet at night. The elevator was a huge plus! The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and everything was very clean. Santino was responsive and helped us get transportation to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick visit in the heart of Rome

The property was a nice size for two couples. The beds were not the most comfortable but they were adequate for our two nights there. The location was perfect for walking to many of the historic sites in Rome.

Everything you need

We had a fantastic stay at Santino’s apartment in the heart of Ancient Rome. It was clean and well-stocked, and in walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and sites of interest such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, to name a few. Santino was a communicative host and arranged our airport transfer which was convenient and reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed!

Spectacular Location

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. This apartment is located within walking distance of anything you want to see in Rome; The Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Museums, Restaurants, Shops etc. The apartment is in a quaint beautiful area and the building is beautiful. The apartment is charming with everything you need for a great stay. The shower water temp and pressure were great, the bedrooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable, and the building is quiet. Our host Santino couldn't have been any more accommodating. He helped us out with special requests and provided very good check in/entry instructions. We loved our time there and highly recommend this property.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Santino & Carmel were great host, they greeted us in the apartment, walked us through all the details, nearby locations and gave good suggestions. We were family of 4, apartment was comfortable for us, very clean and had all requied amenities. Its location is a big plus, colesseum& metro subway 8min walk, trevi 10min, restuarants & groceries couple min. We enjoyed our stay and definetly stay here again.

Great Location!

Location is perfect for exploring Rome and in one of the best areas (Monti district) for side streets and restaurants etc. Fairly easy to get to. Unfortunately there was construction right outside the entrance during our stay and one homeless man sleeping just outside the entrance (very safe area and my 70 year old mom and I were not bothered by this). Would definitely stay here again. One small thing to note: the listing indicated it included breakfast but this was not provided - but a big concern for us because we were only there two nights and out exploring early both days. Thank you for the stay!

Great place to stay in Rome!

Santino was an exceptional host!! He was so helpful leading up to the trip, met us there giving thorough instructions, and great communicator for our 3 day stay. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you will need and more! The location is perfect for walking most places and/ or navigating taxis is easy and take about 10 minutes. There are great restaurants all around you just walk and stop - great food everywhere! I would highly recommend Santino’s apartment to anyone!!

Perfect host, perfect location

Our hosts, Santino and Carmela, were just awesome. There were always prompt answers when we had questions. Santino arranged for a limo to pick us up at FCO and bring us to the apartment where both Carmela and Santino greeted us warmly and showed us all we needed to know about the apartment and the area we stayed in. They could not have been nicer. They also set us up with a limo to pick us up at the apartment and drive us to FCO on our departure. It was well worth the cost in both cases. While not large, the apartment suited our needs very well. Two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a very nice (and easy to operate) pull out couch in the living room. And the location could not have been better. Mere minutes to walk to the Colosseum and the Forum. About a 12 minute walk to Trevi Fountain (go early in the morning for way less crowds and great photo ops), walking distance to the Pantheon and more. The Vatican is further, but we were able to get there without any problems by taking two trains and limited walking. We will definitely look to stay with Carmela and Santino should we return to Rome in the future!

Great place to stay for trip to Italy. Apartment had all the amenities we were looking for. We had 2 adult couples with plenty of room for everyone. Location is Wonderful!! Nice 4 day stay near Roman Forum

Our host, Santino was excellent. Good response to emails via VRBO. Apartment was clean and in nice condition Santino even helped me carry in our luggage to the apartment. I highly recommend his apartment. Good location, lots of restaurants, bakeries and shopping.
