Das Apartment mit Blick auf das Kolosseum befindet sich im fünften Stock eines schönen Gebäudes mit Aufzug im Herzen des lebhaften Viertels Monti. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Essgarnitur, ein Sofa und ein Doppelschlafsofa 140x200 cm, ein Zimmer mit einem Bett 160x200 cm, ein Zimmer mit einem Bett 140x200 cm, ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Bett 80x200 cm, Küche, zwei Badezimmer (mit Waschbecken, Toilette, Bidet, Badewanne / Dusche, Föhn). Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit autonomer Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung, Daikin Heizung und Kühlung Klimaanlage, 100 Mbit / s Glasfaser-Ethernet-Netzwerk, Wi-Fi, Satellitenfernsehen, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen. Vom Balkon mit zwei kleinen Tischen und vier Stühlen in Richtung Kolosseum, dem Konstantinsbogen, der Kirche S. Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei Alberto. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, in einer Seitenstrasse, nachts sehr ruhig. In 3 Minuten ist man am Kolosseum oder Forum Romanum und an der Metrostation. Restaurants und Lebensmittelhändler sind in direkter Umgebung schnell zu erreichen.Für eine Städtereise war es für uns der perfekte Aufenthaltsort.

Amazing Stay! -- Definitely Reccomend

This is an amazing place. Alberto is the owner of the apartment and he is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. He gave all of the informaiton we needed, and then gave us the space to enjoy the City.The apartment is located in the Monti district one block away from the Colloseium, convinient to the Metro. The rooms are great, the kitchen is magnificent.As soon as we stepped in, we felt like we stepped into our own home.We have already recommended this place to all of our friends who visit Rome.

Couldn’t pick a better place to stay!

Wow! Felt like we were in a fairy tale. The house and location exceeded our expectations. There is also luggage drop store just a couple hundred feet away if needed. Walked to all of the main sites. Enjoyed wine on the terrace and listened to concert that was going on while we visited. 2 couples and 1 child and we had plenty of room.

Manager was rude as he was in suite when we walked in yelled asking how we got in! Received several type of bug bites. Sliding door to balcony was broke. Blood on one of the room sheets, we requested new sheets he dropped off but didn’t change linens on bed. Online site says very little stairs, not true if elevator in use you had to use several flights of stairs, needs maintenance

Amazing location and apartment

The location of, and view from, this apartment is incredible. We would stay here again. The apartment is huge, with amazing views in every direction, depending upon the room. We had considered bringing along my 84-year-old mother, because the description says 12 steps to the elevator. Glad we didn't, because the elevator does not get you to the apartment level. Manageable for us, might be difficult for some. Did I mention the apartment is huge and has amazing views?

Spectacular stay!

Apartment was exactly as described. We were greeted by the host’s son who explained everything in detail for us to feel at home. The space was perfect for 4 adults exploring Rome for the 1st time. From the balcony you have views of the Colosseum, the arch of Constantine and the ruins of the temple of Venus. We found the beds comfortable and although we did not use the kitchen it had everything you needed to cook meals. Once we accumulated to the high temperatures the Ac was a great perk to have! The Monti neighborhood was amazing & the host provided a list of recommended places. All the restaurants we tried were superb and authentic. The only recommendation I would have is if you have anyone who cannot walk flights of stairs I would not book the apartment-you must navigate many stairs. Other than that this is a perfect choice for your Roman holiday!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

We had a fantastic stay in Rome, all centered around this apartment and the sights nearby. Alberto is a very experienced host, whose clear and timely communication during the booking process and during our arrival was very reassuring. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and Alberto took time to make sure we were happy with the apartment. As for the apartment itself - it is in the perfect location to explore all of the main attractions, but not so far away so that you can't stop back in during the day to refresh yourselves before heading out again (especially important when exploring the Palatine Hill and Forum on a hot day). Being near the Colosseum means being near so many bus stops and the metro which make getting around Rome so easy to see sights a bit further way when you don't fancy walking (which given the apartments location is possible as well). The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a short stay, and is in a delightful and rather grand old building. The views from the balconies are 100 times better than in the pictures and just have to be experienced. I can't recomend the apartment, or Alberto as a host, highly enough.

Incredible property and location

Steps from the coliseum and too many restaurants to count! The property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and had amazing views from the balcony. We were only passing through but it would make a perfect location to spend a week in the city. Definitely 5 stars.
