Recently renovated and finely furnished apartment adjacent to Piazza Navona and Campo de 'Fiori, in the historic center of Rome. The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street performers and is well connected with a bus terminus behind the house that allows you to move comfortably either on foot or by public transport. Ideal for those who want to see and experience the atmosphere of the "Eternal City".

So close to everything. We loved our stay here. We began our trip thru Italy here in Rome and this is the perfect location. We were close to everything. All the bus lines were within 2 blocks and there were too many good restaurants to list within 1 block. You will definitely love having an elevator if you have large luggage. It was great for us since we had packed two large suit cases with presents for family in Italy.

My family of 5 chose this rental for its location, air conditioning, clothes washer & dryer, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and enough beds in each room for all of us. It was walkable to many locations, including many historical sites (Vatican City included), restaurants, a grocery store, and the taxi station. We didn’t try to figure out the buses, but stops aren’t far. Our host helped arrange for private transport from the train station when we arrived & to the airport when we left. We also arrived a little early and were allowed to drop off our luggage early. That was a huge help! The air conditioning was nice and cold, the washer & dryer worked well, and there was plenty of hanging space in case clothes weren’t 100% dry after a wash/dry cycle. There is also a lift if you don’t want to climb the stairs and a big couch & kitchen table. An area for improvement would be the housekeeping. The hall bathroom shower was in need of a deep cleaning or resurfacing, and the shower faucet dripped. If these issues are addressed, it would improve the appearance & air quality of the bathroom. A dehumidifier or air purifier may also help. The floors in the apartment were also not the cleanest, but neither are the streets of Rome. So if any shoes are worn in there by cleaning staff or others it will be difficult to keep clean.

Convenient location

Everything was great, even a pub attached to the building. Host was great about showing up early for us and even sending a video on how to use the shower. The bathroom has stairs, I didn’t remember that in the post but it was ok, no ventilation in bathroom and mold on upper walls and ceiling - likely due to that, they need a fan at least to help dry out the steam. Otherwise great spot and place.

Amazing Location

The apartment is right on the heart of great restaurants and shops. Easily walkable to many attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked from a kitchen and bathroom perspective. The beds were comfortable and there were tvs in each (important for my teenage kids). There is a lift, which is great for getting luggage up and down. Without luggage, we chose to use the steps. We did not find the street too noisy at night. It was more noticeable in the morning as the shops and restaurants were preparing to open. Check in and communication with the owner was easy. We were even connected to getting transportation from the airport. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great little launch pad to access Rome with ease

This apartment was the perfect starting off point for our adventures in Rome. I have a young family, so it was important for me to be close to the center of things and this apartment delivered. We loved being able to walk everywhere and it was especially helpful given that we were visiting in the summer. We could get out and sightsee early, stop back at the apt at midday when it got too hot, then venture out easily again as it got cooler. We loved being so close to piazza Navona but also sort of tucked away on a side street. It was always bustling but never too crowded. Close to a lot of good, albeit touristy, restaurants. The apartment building itself was a bit older, the elevator a little scary, but that didn't bother us. It all felt safe and the apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. Communication and check in were both super easy and everyone we interacted with was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay for a few nights in Rome. The property manager Pierluigi reached out prior to assist us in booking transport to and from the airport making our arrival and departure seamless. Great location; great host.

This apartment is close to everything. It is easy to walk or take a short Uber ride to every site in Rome. There is a grocery store feet form the entrance, plenty of restaurants and coffee bars, and all the shopping you could want., The host contacted us before we arrived and helped us arrange transport from the airport to the property for less than an Uber ride. He also allowed us to drop our bags off early, which is always a key consideration for all who use VRBO. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. While one the bathrooms could use an update, the other was totally redone and nicer than most hotels. Given that you are in the center of the action, there can be a bit of street noise to contend with in one of the bedrooms, but it tends to taper off as the night progresses. For location and convenience you cannot go wrong.

Great apartment in lively neighborhood

We stayed over New Years and watched fire works from the couch! Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment for a family of 5. The neighborhood is lively and has numerous restaurants, gelateria’s and shopping steps away. Many sights are walking distance or a quick Uber away. Peirluigi was amazing. We spent time in London and Paris before coming to Rome and this was everyone’s favorite apartment.

Location, Location, Location!

This location was spot-on!! Clean, spacious, well-equipped and conveniently located to many activities we had planned. Restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, pizza, gelato & more are also only steps away!! Dino and his colleagues, Pierluigi and Tania arranged a driver to meet us at the train station, which was extremely helpful, and meet us at the property for check-in. We loved the area and would definitely stay here our next trip to Rome!

We were two older friends travelling together. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us. Clean, large and comfortable lounge room with a big tv. As well as tv in all the bedroom’s . My family (spouse and 3 children 4-9) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent and we could walk to all the major sites easily. There were numerous restaurants and gellaterias in the area. There is also a convenient supermarket, pharmacy, and taxi stand in Piazza Chiesa Nuova--2 short blocks away. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have as some of our luggage was lost by the airline. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the smart tvs and ac available after a long day of site seeing in almost 100 degree F temperatures.

Excellent area and lovely property.

2 big bedrooms well outfitted the largest of the two faces a small square in a very busy neighborhood so if you choose to have windows open you’ll have to get used to the drone of people. The back queen size bedroom has a lovely ensuite and faces a courtyard so is much quieter. But we closed the windows in the king bedroom and put very quiet air con on and slept beautifully. Lots of clothes hanging and drawer space and loved that both bedrooms had tv’s as well as the large one in the living room. We brought our Apple TV box and hooked it up. Highly recommend doing that. Lots of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep and being in the old town is incomparable. As with anywhere in Rome, ladies hang onto your purses and when dining outside, keep it on your lap.
