Located on the ground floor with independent entrance in the heart of Trastevere. The house is divided into 3 floors, as soon as we open the gate we find a small garden, entering the house we have a living area with kitchenette (where there is a good quality double sofa bed), a bathroom, a small fitness area, a double bedroom with a second en suite bathroom. On the second mezzanine floor we have a second double bedroom. Going up the stairs again we arrive on the roof of the house where there is a terrace with barbeque for eating or sunbathing and relaxing. Throughout the house there is a very fast fiber optic WI-FI connection, Smart TV with the use of NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, air conditioning, heating, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher.
